European Union Postal Charges
All orders despatched to the European Union will incur an additional £5 charge.
Orders Outside the UK or EU
At present, if you are outside the UK or EU, it is not possible to place an order on this website. However, please do get in touch with me to discuss if it is possible to organise this on a 1-1 basis.
Supply, Cancellations and Returns
I hope that you will be happy with your order from the Site’s online shop. If an item does not meet with your expectations, please contact me within seven days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights, which include: that any Products supplied by me will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site. If a Product is defective then you have a right to return it to me within seven days from the day on which you receive it and a full refund will be issued. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see ‘Return of Goods’ below). For more information about your statutory rights, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
Return of Goods
If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return the Product to me and receive a full refund provided:
– You notify me in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the seventh day after the day on which you received your Product.
– You have taken reasonable care of the Product prior to return. This means they must not have been damaged, copied, altered or used excessively.
– You may give me notice of cancellation by any written means, but it will speed up the process for you if you contact me by email at email@example.com
– You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to me, unless it is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.
– Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches me in good condition.
– I will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge (if applicable) of any goods returned no later than 30 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.
– Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned Products, or fail to return the Product to me, I will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses that I suffer.
– If a Product is faulty or does not meet the description given on the Site at the time you placed your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
– I recommend that returned Products are sent via an insured, traceable delivery service.
